Student visa guidance
Step by step, country by country.
Every country has its own visa rules, documentation and timelines. We guide you through the process — from the first checklist to the final approval.
Why visa guidance matters.
Visa refusals are expensive — you lose application fees, deposit money and often a full year. Most refusals come from avoidable mistakes: unclear financial documents, weak statements, or missing paperwork.
Our team reviews every application against the specific requirements of the destination country. We check bank statements, financial sponsors, statements of purpose, and interview preparation.
We don't guarantee visas — no honest consultancy does. But we do guarantee that your application will be as strong as possible before it's submitted.

Visa FAQ.
How long does a student visa take?
Australia: 4–12 weeks. UK: ~3 weeks. USA: 2–4 weeks after interview. Canada: 4–12 weeks. Korea: 2–4 weeks. Japan: 5–10 business days after COE is issued.
Can I apply for a visa myself?
Yes. But most students use a consultant because documentation errors are the leading cause of refusals and delays. We review every application before it's submitted.
What if my visa is rejected?
We review the refusal letter with you, identify the exact reason, and work through the next steps — reapplication, appeal (where applicable) or pivoting to an alternative destination.
Do I need to show funds in my own name?
Not always. Sponsors (parents, guardians) can fund your studies. But you need to prove the relationship and the source of funds. We help structure this correctly for each country.
Can I work after my visa is approved?
Yes, but work hours vary by country: Australia 48 hrs/fortnight, UK 20 hrs/week, USA on-campus only in year 1, Canada 24 hrs/week, Korea 20 hrs/week, Japan 28 hrs/week.
